I: Commercial Real Estate Investment Brokerage and Development:

I have over 31 years of real estate related knowledge and experience ranging from major multi-million-dollar acquisitions and development to data research and collaboration with project and industry related professionals. As a professional in the Real Estate Industry I have brokered both list and sell side commercial assets for private and institutional level investors. In 2013 I earned acknowledgement for being the top senior sales agent in investment sales for the Central Florida market with a nationally based investment firm. I add value to clients by orchestrating the complexities associated within the commercial deal structures and finding upside opportunities outside the proverbial box. I spent many years as an Agent to developers performing due diligence to various types of projects and obtained the vital skills of negotiating in land development, assemblage, and commercial acquisitions. After many years as an Agent I expanded my business model as a Real Estate Broker to running my own brokerage. My Commercial Real Estate experiences expand over 4,100,078 square feet of listed, sold or leased space and over 4519 acres of development throughout my career. My expertise mainly lies with Multi-Family, Hospitality, Healthcare, Senior Housing and large Retail Investment Sales. Though my Commercial background I primarily focused on the above commercial product types, but I also have extensive experience in Industrial, Office, Self-Storage, Land and Single Tenant Net Lease product types. As my Commercial Real Estate experience has grown, I have aligned my business plan to include associations with Lending Resources, Attorneys, Accountants, 1031 Exchange Intermediaries and Third-Party Vendors that support these efforts in a team-like manner. Taking my experience to the next level has led me to obtain my Real Estate Instructor’s licensing in which I am authoring continuing education course materials to be integrated into the State’s licensing practices and requirements. As a natural progression of my experiences and education in the industry and marketplace I mentor those that share a passion for real estate and success. I have served as VP of Finance for Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR) and member of the following: CCIM, NAIOP, ICSC and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.

II: Commercial Development & Construction:

I have a combined 31+ years of construction and development experience and hands on operations of various multi-million-dollar construction companies including that of my own. I served in The United States Air Force where he specialized as a Power Production Engineer in the field of Civil Engineering with the 363^rd Tactical Fighter Wing as well as served in the Air National Guard with the 165^th Airlift Wing. Throughout the previous 20 plus years I have earned the experience and accreditation to become a State Certified General Contractor in: Florida (including Roofing License), Georgia, South Caroline, Arkansas, Virginia, and Maryland. I coordinated and initiated all management of the day to day construction and insure both quality control and timeliness of the projects.

Project experience varies in all aspects of construction such as: Commercial interior build out including high end office space, retail boutiques, restaurants, and production facilities. Shell building construction including tilt wall, CMU, and steel structures. All aspects of civil development including underground utilities, site work, storm water and parking areas and structures. All aspects of heavy road/airport construction including main line concrete, asphalt construction and overlay. Residential construction including track homes, residential remodels, luxury high end homes, multi-family apartment and condo style communities.

Education & Licensing:
Florida Real Estate Broker; Florida Real Estate Instructor, Florida licensed Community Association Manager, Florida Certified General Contractor; Florida Certified Roofing Contractor; South Carolina General Contractor; Georgia General Contractor; Georgia Utility Contractor; Virginia General Contractor; Kentucky General Contractor; Maryland General Contractor; and Arkansas General Contractor. Associates Degree in Applied Science working toward my Civil Engineering Degree; NAR; and Instrument Rated Private Pilot working towards my flight instructor license.
